Delivery FAQs

How long does delivery take?

Your order will be delivered within 14 days from the offer closing. Please note that your Penfolds wine order and your Luxury Escapes vouchers will be delivered separately. Your wine will be delivered from a SipnSave outlet and the vouchers direct from SipnSave.

Can I track my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you updates via email which include your order confirmation and tax invoice.

Who can receive my order?

The order must be accepted by the recipient as shown on the delivery receipt. The driver will also check photo ID.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Upon receiving your order, please check all items carefully. If there is a problem with your order, please e-mail us at online@sipnsave.com.au.

Pickup FAQs

Can I pickup my order?

This is a direct from supplier order and will be sent from the supplier directly to you. There is no pickup available for this offer, all shipping charges are at no cost to you.
