Delivery FAQs

How long does delivery take?

Your order will be delivered within 14 days from the offer closing. Please note that your Penfolds wine order and your R.M. Williams boots will be delivered separately. Your wine will be delivered from your closest SipnSave outlet and the boots direct from R.M. Williams.

Can I track my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you updates via email which include your order confirmation and tax invoice.

Can I change my delivery time?

Certainly, we understand things change, so we try to be flexible as possible by allowing you to request a new delivery time - right up until a driver has been booked and is heading to the store to pick up your order. To do this please call us on 1300 294 085 or e-mail us at online@sipnsave.com.au

Can my order be left unattended?

Unfortunately, we cannot leave orders unattended. The order must be accepted by the recipient as shown on the delivery receipt. The driver will also check photo ID.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
